Most items are ready for pick up or to ship within a week. Some items, such as customizable and engravable pieces may take longer. See product pages for more details. Feel free to email us if you have any questions.

Shipping companies are predicting high parcel volumes this holiday season, so we recommend ordering as early as possible. Based on recent delivery times and our carriers' advice, here are our upcoming deadlines to ensure your orders arrive before the holidays.

In-Person Shopping

If you will be in Toronto and would like to pick your order up, simply select "Pick Up" when you check out. When your order is ready, we'll contact you to coordinate a pick up time. Our studio is at 739 Bloor St W (Christie & Bloor).
