We want you to be happy with your new jewellery. If your order does not meet your expectations and is not custom, made-to-order, or non-returnable, we will gladly accept returns.
WHAT IS FANDOM REGALIA'S RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page, made-to-order, or custom order)
We require a Return Number (see below).
You must contact us for a Return Number within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.
WHAT IS FANDOM REGALIA'S REFUND POLICY?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
Refunds do not include original shipping cost. In the case of free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise
CAN I EXCHANGE OR REFUND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS?
Unfortunately, no. Made-to-order or custom items cannot be returned for exchange, refund, or store credit. Please note that some items sold on our website are also non-returnable (see the product page for any restrictions).
CAN I EXCHANGE A RING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes, as long as the ring is not custom or made-to-order. If you need to exchange a ring for a different size than the one you ordered, please email us to order a new size. Please ensure you return the ring within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Once we receive the ring—in its original condition—we will ship you the new ring. Please note that some rings with engravings or customizations are considered a custom order, and are not eligible for exchange. However, we may be able to re-size them. We always advise that you visit a jewellery store (or two!) to check your finger size before placing an order.
In the email, please include your name, the original order number, and the new ring size you would like.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A CUSTOM ORDER?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, because of the individual nature of custom orders, we only accept returns or exchanges if the merchandise is defective. If you suspect your item is defective, please email us. In the email, please include your name, the original order number, and the concern regarding your item.
HOW DO I GET A RETURN NUMBER?
Please email us to get a return number. In the email, please include your name, the original order number, and the reason you would like an exchange or return.
